I’m a storyteller at heart, weaving together movement, culture, and imagery to explore the human experience. For the past 12 years, I’ve taught yoga across the world, leading studio classes, workshops, and retreats while sharing the art of mindful movement. Along the way, I’ve traveled across continents, capturing the essence of people, places, and animals through my lens, blending photography with an insatiable curiosity for the stories that shape us.

Now, as I prepare to graduate with a double major in Anthropology and History, I’m stepping into the world of visual anthropology—where film, photography, and ethnographic research collide. I’m drawn to the unseen narratives, the subtle power of rituals, traditions, and the ways we connect across cultures. Whether I’m behind the camera or leading a yoga practice, my work is about presence, perspective, and honoring the beauty of lived experience.
